We are proud to announce a new and exciting voluntary benefit, the Proactive Health Management Plan (PHMP), for our full-time benefit eligible employees.
The PHMP can help you lower your healthcare costs and could potentially increase your spendable income. You can meet with a PHMP benefit specialist while they are onsite at your location. (Please see below the schedule of onsite meetings)
Open Enrollment will be March 30 – April 17, 2026.
Employees at locations without an onsite option will have an opportunity to meet with a benefit specialist via a Group Team’s meeting, Calendly appointment or call 866-673-2140 to reach the call center (8am - 7pm EST).
